I can’t believe I’m 29 years old, barely trying a suadero taco for the first time AND I’m Mexican! Growing up in San Diego, California with family from Hermosillo, Sonora, Mexico, Tacos de Carne Asada were the only thing I knew… until I watched Episode 1 of Season 2 of Taco Chronicles on Netflix. Tacos de Suadero: the meat and fat from between the belly and the leg of the cow. Deliiiiiiiii!
